Fire Prevention Week - Open House

Blacksburg Vol. Fire Department will host its Annual Open House on Sunday, October 9th, 2022 from 1pm - 4pm to kick off the start of Fire Prevention Week.

The Open House will be located at Station #3 at 407 Hubbard Street, Blacksburg VA 24060

This year’s theme for Fire Prevention Week is:

"Fire Won't Wait, Plan Your Escape."

This event is open to the public, and great for the kids! We’ll be offering tours of the fire trucks, light snacks, fire prevention items, the opportunity to use a real fire hose, and maybe even a visit from Sparky the Fire Dog!

We’d love to see you at our Station #3 on the south end of town. Turn off of South Main Street onto Hubbard Street, across from Ellett Road, and you can’t miss us.
